Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Position – Guiding Pathways to Growth and Independence
Location: Center- Riverside, CA & Remote- Inland Empire
Pay: $78,000 – $90,000 per year – Paid Training

Position Summary: As a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, your expertise and dedication will drive the success of our ABA programs. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will be crafting and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, ensuring that our clients continue to thrive.

Requirements:
Experience: Prior supervision experience as a BCBA
- Commitment: Consistency and reliability (including valid driver’s license and transportation)
- Passion: A heartfelt desire to work with children with ASD
- Eagerness: To be part of a team that values support, collaboration, and ongoing learning
Your Journey with Us: Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision: Provide oversight in 1:1 and group settings, shaping quality ABA services
- Collaboration: Work with Program Supervisors in developing goals and treatment plans
- Client Progress Monitoring: Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment as needed
- Family Communication: Effectively engage with parents regarding client progress
- Integrity & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and follow HIPAA guidelines
