As a Student Analyst, you are more than an employee; you are a pivotal part of our ongoing mission. This training role is tailored to support you as you strive towards becoming a Program Supervisor, allowing you to gain valuable indirect BCBA hours.

Requirements:
Educational Pursuits: Currently enrolled or completed a Master’s degree in ABA.Experience: 1 year of ABA experience required (prior supervision experience preferred but not mandatory).Passion: A genuine love for children with ASD and related diagnoses.Eagerness: A desire to grow within a company that values support and collaboration.Commitment: Must include reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.Certification: Current RBT or obtainable within 90 days of employment.
Your Journey with Us: Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision: Provide quality oversight to therapists, fostering 1:1 therapy in an in-home setting.Ethics and Integrity: Maintain dignity and ethical boundaries, always communicating transparently with families.Behavior Analysis: With the guidance of a BCBA, analyze data, create, and ensure appropriate behavior modifications.Family Involvement: Provide weekly parent training sessions, bridging the gap between therapy and home.Collaboration: Work with our clinical team, dedicated to enhancing client independence and quality of life.
Physical Demands: Navigating the Everyday Challenges:
In the dynamic environment of ABA therapy, our Student Analyst role requires both mental agility and physical adaptability. Here are some of the physical demands you may encounter:
- Touch and Control: Using hands to manipulate, control, or feel objects and tools, a vital part of working with various therapeutic materials.
- Posture Flexibility: Whether standing or sitting for extended periods, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling, your body must be ready to adapt to the needs of our clients.
- Mobility and Strength: Bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching out, along with lifting objects up to 50 pounds, are part of our daily dance in providing quality care.
- Repetitive Actions: Certain therapeutic exercises may require you to repeat the same movements, demanding both patience and endurance.
- Visual Acuity: Seeing details of objects that are close by, making precise adjustments to objects, and recognizing differences between colors, shades, and brightness are essential skills in our interactive environment.
- Adaptive Movement: Running, jumping, skipping – our work often mimics play, and your ability to engage in these movements will bring joy and progress to our clients.
- Compliance with Plans: Being able to meet physical requirements based on specific behavioral intervention plans, ensuring alignment with individualized therapeutic goals.
